P/O W. Krepski was from Poland. He was killed on the 7th September, 1940, at 14:30hrs.
He is believed to have lost his bearings due to R/T failure whilst on patrol over the sea near Flamborough Head in his Spitfire I (R6901), and crashed into the sea.
He was listed as missing and his name is entered on the Polish Memorial at Northolt.
He was 23 years old.
