S/Lt. Watts was in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve on "H.M.S. Persian." He was killed on 10th June 1945, aged 32. Stanley was the son of David James Watts and Emily Watts, of Southend-on-Sea, Essex; husband of Dulcie Lillian Watts, of Southend-on-Sea.
