Lt. Moreton was in the 34th Squadron of the Royal Air Force.
He was killed on 16th May 1918. He was aged 19.

Norman was the son of Harriette Eliza and the late Frederick John Moreton, of 48 Inverness Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea.

He is buried in Plot 1, Row D, Grave 6 in Montecchio Precalcino Communal Cemetery Extension
