Lt. Skinner was in the 7th Battalion of the Canadian Infantry (British Columbia Regiment).
He was killed on 5th May 1916. He was aged 24.

Frank was the son of William Randall Skinner and Helen C. J. Skinner, of "Tecumseh," 44 Albion Rd., Westcliff-on-Sea.

He is buried in Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery
